Primary Academy

Be The Best Version Of You

SEND

At Pinchbeck East Church of England Primary Academy, we aim to offer excellent standards of education and support to all our children. For those children with additional needs or with a disability the documents found below outline how we support them and how our provision is adapted to meet all individual needs.

We have high expectations of all our children and value their abilities and achievements in all areas of their learning and development. We aim to support them to make progress through adapting out practice to remove any barriers they may face when learning. We want all our children to feel that they are a valued part of our school community and respect the fact that children:

·         have different educational and personal needs;

·         require different strategies for learning;

·         make progress at different rates and in different ways;

·         need a range of different teaching approaches and experiences.

All school staff (such as teachers, support staff, SENCO, etc.) will work collaboratively with parents and children to support them to not only be the best version of themselves to but to see them reach their full potential throughout their time with us at Pinchbeck East.

Click this link to take you to our Policy Page where you will find our SEND Policy and below you will find our SEND Information Report which details what our school has to offer children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

In addition, there are many services available to families of children with SEN or Disabilities through Lincolnshire County Council. This provision is all outlined on their local offer website.
